歡迎使用 Pourline（以下稱「本 App」）。當您下載、註冊或使用本 App，即表示您已閱讀並同意本服務條款。若您不同意，請停止使用本 App。
服務說明
本 App 提供咖啡豆庫存管理、沖煮參數紀錄、沖煮計時、感官評分與分享卡片產生等功能。本 App 為個人紀錄工具，不販售咖啡豆或任何實體商品。
帳號與資格
- 您需年滿 13 歲方可使用本 App。若您未滿法定成年年齡，請在監護人同意下使用。
- 您可透過 Email、Apple 或 Google 帳號註冊。您有責任維護帳號憑證的安全。
- 因帳號憑證外洩所產生的一切活動，由您自行負責。發現帳號遭盜用請立即與我們聯絡。
您的內容
- 您在本 App 中建立的咖啡豆紀錄、沖煮紀錄、商家資料與照片（以下合稱「您的內容」），所有權完全屬於您。
- 您授權我們在提供服務所必要的範圍內儲存、傳輸與顯示您的內容（例如雲端同步與分享卡片產生）。此授權隨您刪除內容或帳號而終止。
- 您保證您的內容不侵害他人智慧財產權或其他權利。
可接受的使用
使用本 App 時，您同意不從事下列行為：
- 上傳違法、侵權、含惡意程式或明顯不當的內容。
- 嘗試逆向工程、破解、干擾或未經授權存取本 App 及其後端服務。
- 以自動化方式大量存取服務，或從事影響其他使用者正常使用的行為。
- 假冒他人身分或不實陳述您與任何人、組織的關係。
費用
本 App 目前免費提供。未來若推出付費功能或訂閱方案，將於推出前明確揭露價格與內容；既有免費功能不會在未告知的情況下轉為付費。所有付費交易均透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 進行，退款依各平台政策辦理。
服務變更與中止
- 我們可能不定期新增、修改或移除功能，並在合理範圍內事先告知重大變更。
- 若您嚴重或重複違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止您的帳號。
- 您可隨時於「設定 → 帳號」刪除帳號，即終止本條款。
免責聲明
本 App 依「現狀」提供，我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤或永遠可用。本 App 中的沖煮建議與統計僅供參考，不構成任何專業建議。
責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所生之間接、附隨或衍生性損害（包含資料遺失），我們不負賠償責任。建議您自行保留重要紀錄的備份。
準據法與管轄
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
條款變更
我們可能修訂本條款。重大變更將於本頁公告並更新「最後更新」日期。變更後繼續使用本 App，即視為您接受修訂後的條款。

Pourline Terms of Service

Welcome to Pourline ("the App"). By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
The Service
The App provides coffee bean inventory management, brew parameter logging, a brew timer, sensory scoring, and share-card generation. The App is a personal record-keeping tool; we do not sell coffee beans or any physical goods.
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use the App with your guardian's consent.
- You may register with an email, Apple, or Google account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity arising from your credentials. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your Content
- The coffee bean records, brew logs, roaster entries, and photos you create in the App ("Your Content") remain entirely yours.
- You grant us permission to store, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to operate the service (for example, cloud sync and share-card generation). This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
- You represent that Your Content does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or other rights.
Acceptable Use
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or clearly objectionable content.
- Reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its backend services.
- Access the service through automated bulk requests, or otherwise interfere with other users.
- Impersonate anyone or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
Fees
The App is currently free. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, pricing and scope will be disclosed clearly beforehand; existing free features will not become paid without notice. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds follow each platform's policy.
Changes & Termination
- We may add, modify, or remove features from time to time, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Account, which terminates these Terms.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. Brewing suggestions and statistics in the App are for reference only and do not constitute professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including data loss) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. We recommend keeping your own backups of important records.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
